Shipping & Delivery
Total Gym Home Gym orders are currently delivering in approximately 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Shipping for Total Gym Accessories and Parts can be 3-14 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, which will provide an estimated delivery date.
Attachment Inventory
Again, due to increased demand, specific attachments may be temporarily out of stock. If an attachment is out of stock it will not be order-able. You have the option to be notified once the item is back in stock. Click the link on the product’s page that says: Would you like to be notified when this item is back in stock? Once you click the link, please enter your email address and select the item you wish to be notified about. When the item is available to order, you will be sent an email notification.
Customer service
We are still as committed as ever to our customers but have been experiencing periods of higher email volume. Please be patient with us and we promise to get back to you within 48 hours on business days (M-Th).
Total Gym GTS Delivery
Due to COVID-19, if you prefer not to have delivery or assembly personnel in your home, you have the option of having the GTS delivered to your doorstep only. You will then be responsible for bringing the gym into your home and assembling it on your own. Alternatively, if you prefer to delay delivery, the delivery service will hold the GTS until you are ready to receive it.
