I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or if I am just too short for this machine . I am 5’1” tall. If it is adjustable I can’t figure it out. I actually have a hard time doing any of the exercises. It feels awkward which is the reason I ordered the squat stand.

This machine has changed my mind about exercise and having the squat stand allows me to utilize even more exercises. Love it

are they ever going to make a squat stand to fit the total gym 1000?
I purchased the "Extra Large Squat Stand" and I find it does the job. I would like Total Gym to make even a wider version, but the Extra Large does hit the "quads" pretty good.
