Note: User weight plus additional weight must not exceed the maximum user weight of your Total Gym unit. Add weights equally and evenly to both sides of the weight bar. Max additional weight is 90 lbs. per side. i.e. if you have a unit that has a 300 lb. max user weight and the user weighs 200 lbs. the max weight that can be added on each side is 50 lbs.
