Chuck Norris and his wife Gena have been huge advocates for the Total Gym for years. In fact, they love the Total Gym so much they even have one in their bedroom, making it easy to start their day with an amazing Total Gym workout.

Gena says that when she and Chuck are limited on time, they pull out the Total Gym from under the bed and immediately start working out the desired muscle group they want to touch on for that day. They consider this a great way to get energized for the day.

Both Chuck and Gena say that the Total Gym is not only great for building strength but is also a great way to get a cardio workout. Chuck demonstrates some of his favorite Total Gym exercises, including working the biceps then transitioning into a smooth shoulder workout.

Chuck then goes from the shoulders to the chest. He says that when you workout the chest on Total Gym, not only are you targeting the chest but you’re targeting several areas of the body including the arms and stomach.

The video concludes with Chuck revealing an oblique workout that not too many Total Gym users may be aware about, and is great for trimming down the “love handles area.”

So whether you only have five, 10 or 15 minutes to workout in the morning, the Total Gym is an awesome way to get your day started and have you feeling great!
