A good summer vibe goes along great with a set schedule of a few key things that helps you make the most of your day.

If your goal is to wake up early and kick start your morning routine with an energizing movement jolt, then get to it! You’ll quickly feel good vibes all day long!

BENEFITS OF AM WORKOUTS

There are a whole host of benefits to getting up early, from the physical to the mental. Studies show people who practice waking up early tend to lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives than those who hit snooze or sleep late.

Waking up early can encourage you to make healthier choices about food and take better care of yourself in general. Early risers have been shown to have a more balanced diet and are more prone to sticking with exercise routines thank those who wake up late. The studies out there support it, so why not wake up early as a new habit to inspire you to receive those great benefits.
