The Secret To Getting Six Pack Abs
Fitness trainer and TV personality Rosalie Brown is back on Total Gym Pulse to show us her ab work challenge using The Total Gym. Today’s exercises includie the “boat pose” which gives a pilates or yoga type workout and the “jack knife” which gives an intense burn. Rosalie will demonstrate these exercises using her ladder technique.
Begin by getting into the boat pose. Sit on the glide board of The Total Gym and lift your legs up into the air while holding onto the cables. Keep your arms straight and hold for ten seconds.
Then, move into the jack knife exercise. Lean back and push your legs straight out creating a “crunching” motion and bring your knees back to your chest. Do this for nine reps. Following the ladder pattern, go back to your boat pose and hold for eight seconds then back to jack knife for seven seconds working your way down all the way to one rep.
