Since the holidays are quickly approaching, I thought I would do a Thanksgiving themed shake. So how does a turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce smoothie sound? Okay, you’re right, that’s crazy and sounds gross.
Speaking of crazy, I wrote this from San Diego, where we are having a record breaking heat wave! You may have heard that the first World Series game this year in L.A. was the hottest World Series game ever on record. I grew up in Minnesota where we loved our snow days but here they are cancelling schools due to the heat! As a result, not only am I not doing a fall themed shake, I’m going to embrace this wacky weather and go tropical.

Tropical FIT BLAST Shake
- 1 scoop of Total Gym FIT BLAST Meal Replacement Shake Mix*
- 8 ounces of Coconut Water (or regular water if you prefer)*
- ½ cup of fresh, frozen or unsweetened pineapple
- ½ cup of mango
- 1/8 cup of coconut flakes
- ½ tablespoon of the mystery super-duper food
*This amount is for in-between meals or a pre/post workout snack. For a meal replacement, double this to 2 scoops and 16oz of liquid
