Q. How do I order my Total Gym?

Q. How does the 30-Day Trial offer + Payment Plan work?
A. Several of our home gym models feature a 30 Day Trial offer. The Trial offer allows you to try Total Gym in your home for 30 days with an initial single payment of a trial amount (offer and model dependent). If Total Gym collects sales tax for your state, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax applicable to the full amount of your order.  If you have selected the trial offer, you will be charged sales tax with your initial payment. Following the 30 Day Trial period, the remaining payments will be charged each month to the credit card you’ve provided at checkout, beginning 30 days after the first charge and every 30 days thereafter until the completion of your payment plan. If you so desire, you can always pay-off your remaining payments early with no penalty by contacting customer service. Total Gym® does not charge interest on its payment plans. Your credit or debit card company may charge interest. See specific item product page for available payment options.

Q. When does the trial period begin?
A. The trial period begins on the day that you receive your Total Gym.

Q. Do I need to assemble the Total Gym?
A. No. The Total Gym arrives fully assembled and sets up in minutes.

Q. What is included with the Total Gym?
A. Your Total Gym is shipped with extras not available through retail stores. See the products page for details on each model.

Q. What type of workout will I get with the Total Gym?
A. You’ll get a real workout with real results, just like you would in a gym. The Total Gym uses Resistance Training, which is recommended by experts and used by athletes across a wide range of sports. Resistance training builds, strengthens and tones your muscles. Because of its unique design, Total Gym can also be used to help boost your cardio endurance.

Q. How do I know it’s safe to use my credit card online?

A. All credit card information is secure. When our order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is protected with the best security and encryption technology in the industry.

Q. When will my Credit Card be Billed?

A. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships. A. Yes, you can always pay-off your gym payment plan early with no penalty by contacting customer service.

Q. Is there an easy way to check my Total Gym account information online??
A. Yes! Simply visit the My Account page and set up an online profile.  Here you will be able to access your order status, outstanding balance, monthly payment schedule and more.

Q. How many promotional coupons can I use per order?

A. Only one (1) promotional coupon can be applied per order (restrictions may apply.) Promotional coupons may not be combined, however, may be used in conjunction with items that have already been discounted on totalgymdirect.com.

Q.Will I be charged sales tax?
A. You will be charged the appropriate sales tax, deemed by your state, if you live in one of the following states: AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. If your state collects sales tax, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax applicable to the full amount of your order. If you have selected the trial offer, you will be charged sales tax with your initial payment.

Q. What is the Shipping & Handling charge?
A. All Total Gym Home Gym units include free ground shipping (excludes AK & HI and orders containing Total Gym GTS).

Q. How long will it take to receive my Total Gym and how will it ship?
A. Your order will deliver in 3-5 Business Days, with the exception of Total Gym GTS which will deliver in 2-3 weeks. Some orders may take longer depending on shipping destination and product availability.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase on TotalGymDirect.com simply contact a Total Gym customer service representative at 1-800-501-4621 within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit of any payment and sales tax. Refund is less all shipping and handling. Note – Pay in Full Home Gym orders receive a 60-day Extended Money Back Guarantee.  Trial period begins on the day you receive your order.

Q. If I would like to return my Home Gym within the 30 Day Trial Period, am I responsible for Return Shipping?
A. In order to give you the opportunity to try the Total Gym, we ship the gym to your home free of charge. However, if you decide to return the gym, the return shipping costs are not covered and vary by carrier and location.

Q. How much will the return shipping cost?
A. Unfortunately, it is not possible to estimate, as return shipping costs vary by carrier and location.

Q. Is my Total Gym covered by a Warranty?
A. Yes. Every Total Gym is covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty on the frame.  Some models may also include an additional Manufacturer’s Warranty on moving parts (see individual product pages for details). Register your new Total Gym here.

Q. What does my order confirmation mean?
A. All orders are subject to credit card authorization as determined by the credit card processor. Your order placement and receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Certain information may be checked and confirmed prior to Total Gym Fitness, LLC accepting an order. Your order, or any portion thereof, may be declined by Total Gym even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We are unable to process any credit cards that have a bill to or ship to address outside the United States or Canada.

The Total Gym TV Premium Annual Subscription is sponsored by  Total Gym Fitness, LLC. By purchasing the Total Gym TV Premium Annual Subscription (the “Subscription”), you agree to the terms and conditions herein.  With this Subscription, you will have Unlimited Access to both the full Classic Total Gym library of Workout Programs, plus an All-Access Pass to new premium workout programs. Subscription requires downloading the Total Gym TV app or online streaming from any other device.

Subscriptions; Automatic Renewal Terms
The Subscription is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. You will be charged the stated Subscription fee (and any applicable taxes) upon registration. Thereafter, the Subscription automatically renews for additional one (1) year Subscription periods at the then-current Annual Subscription rate, unless cancelled prior to the end of the then-current Subscription period, in which case we will not automatically renew your Subscription. From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts related to the Subscription which must be used within the specified time frame of the promotion.

By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that your Subscription has an annual renewal payment and you accept responsibility for each annual recurring payment obligation unless cancellation of your Subscription by you or us.

This Subscription is subject to change; notice will be provided for changes or price increases. IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED ON APPROXIMATELY THE SAME DATE EACH YEAR AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION. If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you may do so prior to the end of the then-current Subscription period. You must promptly notify us if your credit card is cancelled or is no longer valid (e.g., loss or theft).

All requests for cancellations or changes must be in writing and submitted to Customer Service at totalgymtv@totalgymdirect.com or mailed to “Total Gym Customer Service, 835 Springdale Drive, Suite 206, Exton, PA  19341” or you may contact Customer Support at 1-800-501-4621.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel at any time prior to the end of the then-current Subscription period. If you choose to cancel your Subscription, no refunds will be issued after 90 days from the date of your initial or renewal subscription date. Your failure to cancel your Subscription in a timely manner and/or your continued use of your Subscription confirms that we are authorized to charge you for that Subscription. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your participation at any time if you provide false or inaccurate information, or otherwise violate the terms of the Subscription.

Billing Authorization

You will be asked to provide a payment method (such as a credit card number) in order to activate your Subscription, along with other payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method that you provide to us. Your authorization also applies to our payment processors and any other companies who act as billing agents for us. You hereby authorize us to charge your specified payment method for your Annual Subscription. You authorize the issuer of your selected payment method to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these Terms shall be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the payment method to pay any amount described herein, without requiring a signed receipt from you.  You agree to provide updated payment information upon request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither We, nor Our authorized agent(s), will have any liability whatsoever for any insufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your specified payment method as contemplated by these Terms.

You agree to pay us, through our Third-Party payment processors, all charges for the Subscription in accordance with the applicable payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase using the payment method you provide when you set up your account.  We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our payment processors to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
